Me and Adam have completed our first 10K race at Middlesbrough Tees Pride. It was a fantastic experience and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found the support around the route amazing! We are both proud to have supported Hartlepool Hospice and we are looking forward to counting our donations up. Adam completed the race in 1 hour and 4 minutes and I did it in 1 hour and 13 minutes. We are both looking forward to the next challenge and I know Angela would be proud! Xx

Me and Adam have just finished our first 5k without stopping, we have just completed 5 weeks of training which is not bad considering it is our first real running experience! Looking forward to making the 10k!
