Created by Gina 12 years agoWe did the walk of thoughts at Hartlepool Headland today in Memory of Angela. This is one of the places she loved to go so it was a fitting place to reflect on the times we spent together.
Angela, we think of you every day, you hold a special place in our hearts always and will never be forgotten. Miss you so very much. Mam x
